Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
