Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Thistle Property Management manages apartment communities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
