Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
