Northwind Drift Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
