Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Tulsa with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
