Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tucson presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
