Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Birch Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
