Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Toledo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
