Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
