Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Toledo, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
