Ironwood Pike Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 566 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
