Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
