Facilities Coordinator - building operations (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Willow Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
