Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
