Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Seattle region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
