Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Savannah. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
