Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Savannah presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
