Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Nova Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Savannah with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
