Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Savannah. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
