Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Amber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Savannah area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 713 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
