Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Savannah, GA)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
