Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Haven Property Management is a San Jose property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
