Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Vista Property Management Group manages apartment communities around San Jose. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
