Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Drift Facilities is a facilities company in San Diego with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
