Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
