Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
