Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Technologies operates hotels and event venues around San Diego, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
