Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Diego. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
