Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
