Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Quill Facilities looks after properties across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
