Facilities Coordinator - building operations (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
