Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Linden Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
