Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
