Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Sacramento with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
