Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Sacramento, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
