Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
