Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Rochester with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
