Westbrook Field Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Rochester, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
