Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Reno, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
