Bright Glen Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
