Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
