Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Rivermark Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jacksonville, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
