Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
