Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Silverline Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Minneapolis with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
