Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Foxglove Pine Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Orlando. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 367 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
