Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Fernwood Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 754 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
