Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Lumen Beacon Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Philadelphia, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
