Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Ironwood Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Oakland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
