Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Fernwood Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Milwaukee. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
