Facilities Coordinator - building operations (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
